Uma Thurman has openly acknowledged she will be returning for Kill Bill: Vol.3
The pretty blonde was the star of Quentin Tarantino’s popular and violent movie franchise.
The 42-year-old plays The Bride and says the director is currently working on the project.’It’s always good timing,’ she smiled to WWD, referring to the upcoming film.
The actress gave birth to the elaborately named Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson in July last year, her first child with financier partner Arpad Busson.Since having her daughter, Uma has been resting up and taking a little break from her career.
‘My baby just turned six months and I’m taking my time to go back to work,’ she explained.The last Kill Bill was released eight years ago, with Uma starring in films such as My Super Ex-Girlfriend and the recent Playing for Keeps in between.
At the end of last year, Quentin hinted a return of the popular franchise would be unlikely.’I don’t know if there’s ever going to be a Kill Bill: Vol. 3. We’ll see, probably not though,’ he admitted to Total Film.
However, it now seems the project is very much on, although a release date or further cast details are not yet known.
